Your female personal trainer will go into detail about your goals, needs and lifestyle. This can include things like diet, sleep, exercise, as well as any injuries you have or adaptations you may need.
She will also look at your posture and work out a pain management plan to get your body moving correctly so you can get the most out of your workouts.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or seasoned gym-goer, your goal is to push yourself to new levels of fitness or you want to finally better about yourself, then personal training is invaluable to your progress.
In the first few sessions, one of our personal trainers will guide you through exercises, how to ensure safe and effective form, how to exercise by yourself at home or in a gym, all while teaching you new skills.
You will also get detailed help with your diet. The biggest misconception about healthy living and personal training is the belief that you need to eat boring, bland food, spend hours prepping meals, and already ‘be fit’ to start. It’s about balance and being educated about ways to properly fuel your body – not what size jeans you wear or what number is says on the scales.
Victoria qualified as a Fitness instructor whilst serving in the Royal Navy and also has the below qualifications:

My motivation in mainstream gyms had always been lacking, often ending with me stopping going 2 months into a 12 month membership. I started with the goal to get bikini ready for a summer holiday. Since then, unlike previous years, I continued with the sessions and following her advice on what to eat as I was enjoying it so much. Thanks to Victoria I have now stopped striving for that bikini body that you see girls on Instagram modelling and I’m all about getting stronger and fitter than I was the week before.
Before I started training with Victoria I had no structure or support, I would go to the gym and give 60% effort and starve myself all week, only to undo any weight loss at the weekends. Since training with Victoria, I’ve seen so many positive changes to my body and I’ve finally found a good balance. I no longer feel like I’m constantly on a restrictive diet as I eat the food I love and enjoy every gym session, reaching my goal now doesn’t seem so impossible!
