After sitting on video chat calls all day at work, we understand that sometimes the last thing you want to do is go on ANOTHER video chat to workout…..
HOWEVER. We need accountability, and that comes through joining in group sessions or with personal training.
And at this moment in time as S75 Fitness…. We have no choice.
So zoom workouts it is.
As long as you can hear and see the coach, you can angle your camera away from yourself. These are weird times, and the last thing we want to do is make someone go on video to take part in an exercise class they are already nervous about.
So for those who are camera shy, we say: login, say hi, make sure you know what you are doing and then angle the camera away from you. If that makes you feel more comfortable that is so important. You take your own responsibility that if we can’t see you, we can’t offer advice on how you are moving correctly or not. But being there and taking part…. Well, that’s important.
NO! we encourage you to put yourself on mute and to put your own music on. As long as you can see and hear us. You can pick your own playlist!
You don’t need any equipment, however, if you want to get creative find ‘objects’ from around the house to use. Tins of paint, backpacks filled with beans…. Get creative!
All of our workouts are with no or minimal equipment. The only space you need is enough to stand up and do a little jump and to be able to lie down. When the weather is cold, if you decide to workout outside, don’t worry, you will warm up very quickly. If you are in the house, remember to turn the heating off before you start 😉
