Yoga is the perfect antidote for today’s stressful life. It’s like giving your mind and body a warm cup of hot chocolate on a cold day.
Most people think you need to be super bendy and flexible to take part in yoga. But at S75 Fitness, yoga is something everyone can do and enjoy.
Yoga has endless benefits, from connecting your mind, body and soul, to giving you some much needed relaxation time. No phones are allowed during our yoga sessions; we will ask you to turn them off or on do not disturb. We want you to take this hour to switch off and unwind. You deserve it! This time is YOURS, the gift you are giving to yourself.
You will be taken through a series of poses held for varying lengths of time in our heated studio. Each session will finish with a 10-minute guided relaxation meditation. Don’t worry if you are new to this. Our instructor will guide you every step of the way.
If meditation is not for you, you can take this time to just relax (or even nap – one of our favourite ways to end a yoga session).
