Pilates incorporates flexibility, balance and posture which helps realign and strengthen the body.
As a non-impact, full body conditioning class focusing on your core (which combines your abdominals, back and glutes), it’s suitable for most abilities – from fitness enthusiasts to post-rehab or those who just need to get moving more but remain injury-free.
Powa’ Pilates – look out for this on our timetable. This session combines all of the above into a more energetic class, which will involve moving from mat to standing more & and ending with a relax and wind down typical to our standard Pilates sessions.
