Our open gym sessions run throughout the day and at certain times alongside other classes.
Open gym means you are able to train freely and use the equipment available to do your own workout, or you can do the workout from one of the classes that day (these will usually be written on a whiteboard for you to follow along) Its ideal if you can’t make one of the class times that day, but still want a workout.
These sessions are not coached, however, there will be a coach available should you have any questions.
Open gym is perfect to work on areas you need to spend extra time warming up or cooling down. And also any exercises any of the coaches has recommended will help you with your fitness journey.
We are a functional fitness group training facility, so we just ask that you are always respectful of other sessions which may be going on.

- A ‘Rig’ with pull ups bars
- Squat racks
- Barbells & bumper Plates
- Wall Balls
- Slam Balls
- Resistance bands
- Foam Rollers & Mobility Balls
