Bootcamp is the backbone of what we do at S75 Fitness – and anything goes!
These sessions are packed with a variety of exercises, using a range of equipment and no session is ever the same. Expect a fun-filled session, with motivational music and #ThisGirlCan camaraderie.
You will usually be working alone or in pairs through a workout which will have been demonstrated and explained to you. The whole class starts at the same time but works at their own pace. The beauty of this means everyone can take part.
Bootcamp workouts always come with different options for varying abilities. So, YOU can take control of how hard you want to work, no matter how long you have been exercising or if you require adaptations due to an injury or disability.
At S75 Fitness we support each other and cheering one another on. No judgement, just kind-hearted support. Once you start our bootcamps, you make friends for life!
