S75 Fitness is so much more than a generic fitness gym in Barnsley. We’re a community of women who work out to feel good and have fun, cheering each other on and inspiring one another along the journey towards loving ourselves once again.
We validate health and happiness over weight loss. You don’t need to restrict your diet or drop a dress size – you just need to learn to love and accept yourself.
The main goal at S75 Fitness is to focus on both your physical health and mental well-being. Making informed changes to your diet and learning to live in the moment can help you become fitter, stronger and feel more connected to the world around you.
Our new Barnsley personal training gym is home to over 25 group personal training sessions each week, ranging from High Intensity Fitness, Weightlifting, Sculpt and Shape, to Yoga and Pilates. We also offer 1:1 Personal Training.
Head coach, Victoria, isn’t just a qualified personal trainer. She’s a health, fitness and nutrition coach and former Royal Navy personnel whose priority is ensure all her female clients have a healthier relationship with food, mind, and body. And she’s badass with a barbell.
