Our new Barnsley studio is home to over 25 fitness classes a week, ranging from High Intensity Fitness, Weightlifting, Sculpt and Shape, to Yoga and Pilates. We also offer 1-2-1 Personal Training.
Head coach, Victoria, isn’t just a qualified personal trainer. She’s a health, fitness and nutrition coach and former Royal Navy personnel whose priority is ensure all her clients have a healthier relationship with food, mind and body. And she’s badass with a barbell.
